Terms and Conditions - Bookings & Payment
  1. Full payment must be made at time of booking.
  2. Tours will operate with a minimum of 4 guests on board. 
  3. For large groups, an additional vehicle may be required. 
  4. For individuals or groups of less than 4 persons, bookings may be grouped with others or a premium may be applied.
  5. Individuals are encouraged to book. 
  6. All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
  7. Credit card & PayPal payments will be subject to applicable merchant charges.
  8. Bookings cannot be ‘held’.
  9. Information must be accurate at the time of booking; it is the responsibility of the applicant to provide accurate information. 
  10. Tours incorporate the provision of alcohol.  No persons under the age of 18 are permitted unless accompanied by a guardian.
  11. Tours are deemed unsuitable for wheelchair-bound persons due to vehicle restrictions and logistic reasons.
  12. For your security, our server does not store your credit card details.


Terms and Conditions - On the Tour
  1. Smoking is not permitted (by law) in the vehicle, in the restaurant or in any of the premises visited during the tour.
  2. Due to alcohol licensing laws, chauffeurs and hosts reserve the right to ask guests for identification as proof of age.
  3. No alcohol may be removed from the vehicle during the tour.
  4. Any damage to the vehicle will require guests to cover costs where liable.
  5. Kick It To Me Tours will not be responsible for any reckless, accidental or negligent actions which may cause injury and/or damage to persons or their property.
  6. Kick It To Me Tours will not be liable for any items lost, damaged or stolen during the tour.
  7. Kick It To Me Tours reserves the right to amend tour schedules where required. 
  8. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that they are at designated meeting points on time.
  9. Guests are required to follow the instructions of the Kick It To Me Tour host at all times.
  10. Prizes, promotions, discounts and gifts may change without notice or may not be available during a tour.
