1. Do I need to be aware of any Terms & Conditions?
A requirement of the booking process is to acknowledge that Terms & Conditions have been read and understood. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page for further information.

2. Are there any discounts on the tours?
Yes, yes, yes! Many stores are offering discounts exclusive to Kick It To Me Personal Shopping Tour guests, with some stores extending their discount offer beyond the date of the tour so that you can continue to receive discounts even after you have finished your tour.

3. Which stores are offering discounts to Kick It To Me Personal Shopping Tour guests?

4. How will these retailers know that I am part of the Kick It To Me Personal Shopping Tour so that I can receive the discounts?
As your tour commences, your host will provide you with a badge of “Betty-Sue” (the Kick It To Me shopper girl). This should be displayed on your clothing, to identify you as being a part of the tour. The badge remains the property of Kick It To Me Personal Shopping and is to be returned at the end of your tour.

5. Am I restricted to shopping only at stores that provide special offers or can I shop at the other stores also?
Tour guests are welcome to shop at any store along route; there are no restrictions, only incentives to visit the stores offering a discount/promotion for the Kick It To Me tour group.

6. How will I know which retailers are offering discounts?
You will receive a map of the shopping precinct and discount vouchers detailing the stores and special offers available to you. Hand your vouchers in at the time of purchase to receive your discounts.

7. Do we shop as a group or can I do my own thing?
The limousine will drop you off at a designated starting point and your tour host will explain the types of stores within the locale. You are free to roam as you please within that locale. Tour guests later re-group at a designated finishing point where the limousine will collect tour guests and their shopping bags.

8. What if I accumulate too many bags to carry in between the starting and the finishing points?
Never fear. Use your mobile phone to ring your tour host and she will meet with you to lend a hand. If your host is busy with another guest, she will arrange for the limousine driver to collect your bags and free your arms (to make room for more shopping!). Your bags will be safely labelled with your name and stored in the boot of the limousine.

9. Is a lot of walking involved?
Depending upon how many stores you choose to frequent, you will be walking 1 to 2 kilometres. For those more interested in taking in the ambience, there are plenty of cafes to stop; rest and watch the world go by from.

10. What should I wear?!
Considering that you will be on your feet for a few hours and that more than likely, you will be trying on a variety of clothing it would be best to save the stilettos for another day! Comfortable clothing and most especially comfortable shoes are a must.

11. Are these tours suitable for locals?
These tours are designed for anyone who enjoys shopping, being pampered and receiving discounts! This applies to locals, corporate groups, visitors to Adelaide, and tourist groups. A great alternative to a hens night – take the hens party on a personalised shopping tour!

12. Can I design my own tour?
